John Gutsu
John’s career in builders hardware began in 1972 as a salesman/sales manager for Adams Rite Manufacturing Co. Prior to starting the ASH Associates agency in '86, he was the Western Regional Sales Manager for ASSA Lock Co.
John has been involved with local industry affairs as a member of the Producers Council and CSI. He has held various leadership positions in the Southern California Chapter of the Door and Hardware Institute (DHI).

Mark Ferraro, CPMR
A graduate of California State University, Northridge, Mark began his career in the hardware industry in 1985 for the rep agency Security Hardware, Inc. He is experienced in every facet of the rep business focused on sales expertise, branding and technical training/education. Mark has developed relationships that are valued and respected in the industry. In 2003, he earned an IPA -MRERF Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative (CPMR) designation, completing his course study at ASU.
Primary responsibilities are to support and influence distributors, end users, installers, consultants, and architects. He is proudly married to his wife, Donna, for 37+ years; blessed parents of four adult sons and several grandchildren.

Nathan Gutsu, CDT
Nathan has a background with doors, hardware, and access control, and he manages the full range of ASH’s product offerings in California, Nevada, Arizona and Hawaii.
He has a knack for mechanics, and has developed a keen intuition for troubleshooting, diagnostics, and providing solutions.
An Orange County native, Nathan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Chapman University. His passions include spending time with his wife and two boys as a Troop Leader for the Boy Scouts of America, and treasure hunting at estate sales far and near.
He is an active participant within the local CSI and DHI communities.

Aaron Gutsu
With expertise in product management, branding, commercial real estate, and research, Aaron is an experienced sales and marketing strategist.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from Chapman University, and his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship.
Aaron enjoys exploring the various restaurants (especially the European style bakeries) in Southern California with this wife and two daughters.
He serves as a board member on the Security Industry Association’s PropTech committee, and is an Allied Member of AIA.
